french style vs american style

The video below offers some very good style tips. When I was in Paris I noticed that there is a difference between American and Paris style. Couldn't put my finger on it. I didn't see any outfits that stuck out particularly but the women seemed to wear the clothes differently.  Wearing combinations I had never considered. Seeing it on the French women, it looked very chic. It seems to really be in the "attitude" of the French women.  They just have attitude!  Not to say we here in America don't.  Anyway, check out the video and make up your own mind.
